Shipping

All Magnoliah orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands using local shipping methods mostly. You will be notified when your order has been shipped. Delivery time and shipping charges depend on your location. Orders are handed over to your local parcel service for delivery, so check the list below who that is for your country. Please write your address as they know it. We ask for a phone number, so that delivery companies can reach you, if necessary.

Tracking:

In most cases you should be able to use your tracking number on the tracking page of your local parcel service. In the list below you can see who we work with in your country.

If you did not receive a tracking number from us, please reach out to our support with your order number.

Customs and tax

European Union

If you live within the European Union, then our shop will automatically calculate the correct sales tax rate (VAT) in the checkout once you select your destination. You do not have to pay any tax or import duties when receiving your order.

Rest of the world

If you do not live in the European Union, then our shop will not charge you any sales tax (VAT). It will be deducted once you select your destination in our checkout. You are responsible for any tax or customs duties that your own country is charging you when receiving products from outside of the country. We are not responsible for any of these customs charges or duties.
